Yongcheng began as a small hardware trading business, supplying copper screws, automotive parts, and hydraulic components while starting to work with copper alloy melting and casting.

A workshop was established to produce components for engine manufacturers. During this period, Yongcheng expanded into centrifugal casting and began machining copper alloy products.

Zhejiang Yongcheng Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially founded, focusing on bronze bushings, sliding bearings, and self-lubricating bearings for mining, marine, and agricultural machinery. The company also started its international trade operations, marking the beginning of its global business journey.

A new production facility was put into operation, marking a major step in our expansion. The upgraded plant was equipped for large-scale casting, machining, and testing of copper alloy components, allowing full-process manufacturing from raw material to finished product.

Our laboratory obtained CNAS accreditation for testing competence, with results recognized by the ILAC-MRA, covering 105 countries and economies. The testing scope includes chemical composition, hardness, tensile strength, metallography, and NDT methods such as UT, PT, and VT, along with geometric inspection of mechanical parts. All tests follow international standards, including GB, ASTM, ISO, JIS, and YS.

Our laboratory renewed its CNAS accreditation for testing competence, keeping the same scope and standards approved in 2012. This renewal confirmed our ability to maintain high testing accuracy and quality consistency over time.

We were recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a milestone that reflected our steady growth in research, innovation, and advanced manufacturing.

We took the lead in drafting the Chinese machinery industry standard JB/T 5108-2018 “Metallographic Inspection of Cast Brass”, which showed our commitment to improving quality and setting higher standards in the copper alloy casting field.

Our laboratory renewed its CNAS accreditation for testing competence, maintaining the same testing scope and standards established in 2015.

The construction of our digital intelligent manufacturing workshop was completed and later recognized by the local government for its contribution to smart production and technological advancement.

We completed the construction of a digital constant-temperature machining workshop, which helped stabilize product quality and improve process consistency.

We joined the drafting of the national standard GB/T 1174-2022 “Bearing Alloy Castings”, sharing our technical experience to support the improvement of quality standards in China’s bearing industry.

Yongcheng was recognized as one of Zhejiang Province’s Specialized and Innovative Enterprises, a title given to companies with strong technical expertise, innovation capability, and market influence in niche industries.

The construction of our digital factory was completed. This facility manages every stage of the product lifecycle through an ERP-based system, enabling full digital control and real-time visualization of production data and process analysis.
