
Zhejiang Yongcheng Machinery Company, established in 1984, has over 40 years of experience in copper alloy casting and machining. We focus on continuous innovation and quality improvement, serving industries such as renewable energy, wind power, mining, hydropower, marine, oil and gas, and agricultural machinery. Over the years, we have maintained long-term partnerships with Fortune 500 companies including Siemens, GE oil&gas, and Toshiba. Our product portfolio includes bronze and steel bearings, bushings, rings, nuts, and other custom-made parts used across different industries. We continue to improve our casting and machining techniques, holding several patents that reflect our focus on quality and precision. Our engineers combine their rich experience in the bronze wear parts industry and innovation to create bronze components that are reliable, durable, and able to perform under demanding conditions.

Our facilities cover 33350 square meters where we have more than 100 skilled technicians that have helped us become a reliable manufacturer of bronze and steel bearings. Each year, we produce over 5000 tons of bearings supplied to customers that include Fortune 500 companies around the world. We maintain strict control over every stage of production to ensure consistent quality and precision. Our operations follow ISO9001 and ISO17025 standards, supported by advanced ERP and MES systems that oversee the entire manufacturing process. These tools allow us to track each step, analyze key data, and keep production transparent and efficient.
Our manufacturing plant is equipped with imported 5-axis machining centers, five-face machining centers, vertical and horizontal lathes, and more than 90 CNC machines (including both imported and domestic equipment). We also operate a national CNAS-accredited laboratory, where all inspection instruments are imported to guarantee reliable and accurate testing.
Yongcheng has established a provincial high-tech R&D center and a municipal technology center in Shaoxing, both focused on improving copper alloy bearings through advanced materials, casting methods, and precision machining. We also participated in drafting two major Chinese standards: JB/T 5108-2018 “Metallographic Inspection of Cast Brass” as the first drafting unit, and GB/T 1174-2022 “Bearing Alloy Castings” as the fourth drafting unit.
We hold 8 invention patents and 95 utility model patents, covering the entire process from R&D and casting to production. These technologies are based on our own intellectual property and years of experience, allowing us to keep improving product quality and performance.
