Bronze split bearings are designed in two halves, and in some cases three or four, so they can be installed or replaced without removing the entire shaft or disassembling the machine.
They are produced using 99.99% pure copper alloys that are carefully formulated to meet both industry standards and customer performance requirements. The bearing blanks are produced through centrifugal casting to keep the material structure uniform and consistent. Then, the sample pieces are kept for up to five years to make sure every batch can be traced and verified when needed. Each bearing is then precision-machined on five-axis CNC equipment to achieve accurate dimensions and a smooth finish. Every step of the process is carried out under ISO9001 and CCS quality standards, and once the final products are ready, they are tested in our CNAS-certified laboratory to confirm their reliability and consistency.
Bronze split bearings are customized to meet different project requirements, using high-quality alloys such as C93700, C94100, C94300, C83600, and C91700, each selected based on specific performance and operating conditions.

Bronze split bearings, particularly those made from high-strength bronze alloys, are widely used in heavy machinery and industrial equipment. Compared with standard bearings, they offer the following advantages:
Overall, bronze split bearings outperform conventional bearings in installation convenience, strength, wear resistance, heat conductivity, and fatigue reduction. Their self-lubricating properties and reliability which is suitable for applications that require customized dimensions, oversized designs, and long-term durability in heavy-duty machinery.
We handle every production stage independently, from the development and casting of bronze wear parts to machining and quality inspection. This allows us to have full control over product quality and ensures that each process is backed by our proprietary know-how and patented technologies.
Backed by more than 40 years of experience, we specialize in bronze wear parts for wind power, mining, hydropower, marine, and oil extraction equipment. Our product catalog includes bronze and steel bearings, bushings, and other wear components. We have long-term partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies within these industries.
Our workshop is equipped with 20 advanced five-axis machining centers from MAZAK and MAKINO, along with 35 imported turning and milling machines. The 5,000 m² temperature-controlled facility is operated by experienced CNC technicians who make sure every part is machined with accuracy and consistency.
We manage every step of production in-house, following ISO9001 and CCS quality standards to ensure consistent results. Our CNAS-accredited laboratory (CNAS L5937) and skilled inspection team handle all testing and verification, including material composition, hardness, tensile strength, and microstructure, along with non-destructive tests such as UT, PT, and VT. All procedures comply with GB, ASTM, ISO, JIS, and YS standards.

From bronze bushings and bearings to customized wear components, we’re here to help you find the right solution for your equipment.
High-precision bushings are manufactured through centrifugal casting, five-axis CNC machining, and polishing. With strict quality control and CNAS-certified testing, tolerance accuracy reaches ±0.025 mm and surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, meeting the standards required for CNC systems.
Yes. Bronze bearings are made following ISO and DIN standards for materials, precision, and surface finish. They can be used with equipment that is manufactured under international requirements, ensuring consistent performance across different applications.
Bronze nuts, sliding bearings and other wear parts can be manufactured according to customer drawings and specifications. Each wear part will be manufactured with micron-level precision to match specific design or size requirements in different industries.
Reinforced bronze bearings can be produced with thick-wall construction to handle repeated shock loads. Through the use of composite materials, strengthened structures, and optimized processing, these bearings offer higher impact resistance and longer service life. Custom designs are also available to meet specific equipment requirements.
Inspection and testing reports can be issued according to railway industry standards. All reports follow ISO9001 and CNAS certification requirements to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
